Form of workThey are currently seeking an experienced Loan Processor to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of loans, playing a pivotal role within the business in both residential and commercial lending sectors.

- Liaise directly with clients ensuring a high degree of customer service.
- Handle files from the initial application through to settlement
- Manage database and CRM requirements
- Work with lending specialists to deliver exceptional lending advice
- Lodgement and preparation of loan applications
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role and the ability to provide loan processing support.
- Ability to manage loan applications from application stage through to settlement
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (required)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise work
- Excellent presentation skills and a hard-working attitude
- The ability to work within a high volume and fast paced environment.
