Parabroker/Loan Processor

• Experience in loan processing or a similar role, preferably 2+ years within mortgage broking.
• Thorough knowledge of loan products, regulatory compliance, and documentation.
• Excellent written, communication and telephone skills are essential.
• A detail-focused approach, commitment to accuracy and problem solving.
• Capable of performing well in a dynamic, fast-paced, and deadline-oriented environment.
• A Certificate IV & Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking is desirable.
• Experience with ApplyOnline, MyCRM, and FileInvite will be highly regarded.
• Experience with property investors & self-employed financials will be highly regarded.

• Data entry, process and handle various loan applications with efficiency.
• Completion of servicing calculations and validating supporting documents.
• Rigorously check financial documents for precision and regulatory adherence.
• Work closely & liaise with clients, lenders, and our internal team to facilitate a seamless and prompt loan approval journey.
• Liaise with third parties, such as solicitors, accountants, conveyancers.
• Assisting the broker with existing clients' home loan reviews.
• Stay updated on industry rules and best practices.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and address general client queries.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
