The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team based at our Cranbourne office.
Responsibilities Include
- Assist mortgage brokers with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and client communication.
- Maintain client records in accordance with compliance requirements.
- Conduct research on various mortgage products and assist broker in providing informed recommendation to clients.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive client information.
- Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service delivery.
- Contribute to / or drive process improvement initiatives
Key Requirements for the role
- Previous experience in mortgage broking/ loan processing administration is desirable but not essential. Most important, is that you have strong administrative skills.
- Positive and energetic attitude towards the role is a non-negotiable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team and manage time effectively.
- Ability to provide high-end customer service & strong client liaison skills.
