As a key player in the business operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of mortgage loans. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be essential in evaluating financial information and documentation to facilitate seamless transactions.Duties

  • Collaborate with clients, lenders, and internal teams to gather and organize required documentation for loan applications.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to assess applicant eligibility and loan viability.
  • Prepare accurate and compliant loan files, adhering to industry regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with clients to provide updates on loan progress and address any inquiries.
  • Liaise with underwriters, appraisers, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely loan approvals.
  • Ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate for a smooth handoff to closing and funding stages.
About you:
  • Previous experience in mortgage loan processing or related financial roles.
  • Proficiency in loan origination software and MS Office Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and guidelines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a client-centric mindset.
  • High level of integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to work autonomously, use initiative and have a strong attention to detail
  • and accuracy
