Address As a Home Loan Specialist, you will provide an exceptional level of personalised service to Members and be expertly skilled across our products and services. You will be confident with managing and processing basic to complex personal and credit card lending as well as basic mortgage lending.
This is a full-time position based on a 38 hour work week based in our Willows branch. The successful may also be required to work across any branch in the Townsville area.
Selection Criteria:
Lending experience and sales skills
A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including listening skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Sound mathematical skills and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Sounds understanding of Queensland Country products and services (desired)
