About the role
Technical Lead will ensure the team delivers quality solutions and services to both internal and external customers by effective technical leadership and ensuring optimal performance in an environment of continuous quality improvement. They will work collaboratively with the stakeholders, providing support and advice for continued solution development.
Lead the design, modify and implement changes to the RACQ applications.
Lead solutions planning, liaise with relevant application experts and contribute to solution design.
Lead all aspects of technical delivery including development, design, estimations and quality and review the completed work effectively.
Mentor other team members, and provide technical training as required.
Review and provide input to team and department processes and procedures including evolving Dev Operations and Continuous Delivery process and practises.
Develop and maintain application software.
Build on current CI/CD processes to increase defect find time and speed to delivery.
Work with Team Manager to develop and maintain a responsible, accountable, and productive team culture. Together with the team promote a culture of code quality and continuous improvement.
About you
You will have a 7+ years of development experience within the information system field, with a minimum of 2-5 years in a technical lead role. We will trust you to have:
Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 – CE.
Proficiency in programming languages such as .Net, C#, WCF.
Poven track record of mentoring, and coaching along with the ability to lead a team to achieve results.
Experience working with Azure iPaaS and cloud integration.
Knowledge and skills in API Management Platform, such as AzureAPIM and AWS API Gateway.
Prior experience on CI/CD processes and tools.
Proven Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Sound interpersonal, organisational and time management skills.
