Local Mechanical Fitter - 6 - 8 Months Work

We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Mechanical Fitter seeking opportunities to work locally in our great South West.

The role of Mechanical Fitter will see you working with our team in Muja and responsible for general Mechanical Fitting duties, Coal conveying systems including all maintenance of conveyors, transfer chutes, gear boxes, pulleys plus ancillary plant and any other repairs associated with the coal plant as directed by the Supervisors and/or the planners. All while ensuring all critical deadlines and priority work are met for both fixed and mobile plant.

• Australian recognised Trade Certificate
• Confined Space & Working at Heights (within 2 years)
• Valid Australian Driver's License
• White Card
• High Risk Work Licence
• Proof of right to work in Australia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Live Local to the South West - within 100km's of Collie
