As a localization manager, you need to have a profound understanding of languages and cultures in different regions around the world. You should be able to convey in-game language in a manner that resonates with players in each specific region.

Responsibilities
Responsible for language support for the overseas versions of the game, including translation or review of game content, social media, etc;
Responsible for testing localized content to ensure the quality of presentation in the game, including but not limited to text, visuals, product, and event packaging;
Regularly provide insights and reports on overseas games and users, and contribute to making community activities and promotional content more localized;
Provide suggestions for versions, events, and marketing based on the gaming experience and public opinion of overseas users.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher, with 3 years or more of experience in English localization of game products;
Native-level English proficiency, understanding of Chinese is a plus;
Strong planning, communication, coordination abilities, and the ability to refine material and copywriting experiences;
Demonstrated responsibility, teamwork, and communication skills;
Passion for the gaming industry, ability to handle challenges, and strong resilience to pressure.
