The Job
Based in our Commercial Hardware division in Albion, this role is available as a result of a promotion and would suit an established manager or someone wanting to take the next step in their career. You would be responsible for managing all aspects of our locksmith business including
- Staff management
- Budgeting, stock control and client service
- Coordinating Road service work
- Design and Maintenance of Restricted Master Key Systems
You will also work closely with our Commercial Hardware Department to grow our customer base via identifying and winning new business.
Skills/Experience
You will be a trade qualified Locksmith with a current Qld Security Providers license and strong knowledge of Master Key System design and maintenance. Ideally you will have 2-3 years’ experience in managing a team, or demonstrated skills and attributes that will allow you to step up in a supervisory role. Ideally you will possess a SCEC license and a passion for success.
Your ability to lead from the front and manage time and details will ensure strong career progression in our group.
