Locum Hospital Social Worker

 

• Inpatient caseload – 3 days per week
• Less than two hours from Melbourne
• FREE accommodation available

 
 
Experienced Social Worker required for a locum based in coastal Victoria location. The role is to start ASAP until 26th July. Part time hours, 3 days per week.
 
Join this lovely regional health service, less than two hours from Melbourne. Join an Allied Health team that includes Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Dietetics, Podiatry, Physiotherapy, AOD, Counselling, Social Support Groups, AHAs.
 

The caseload will cover:
 

• A mixed caseload, could be required to cover inpatient wards (acute medical/surgical and GEM/Rehab and subacute)
• The role is focused on safe patient discharge following psychosocial assessment; knowledge of My Aged Care essential and knowledge of VCAT & NDIS very desirable
• This is a Grade 2 level role and relevant experience is required
• Locum rates $$ and accommodation available
• You must have relevant hospital experience
