Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist required for a locum based in Goonellabah, Alstonville, Ballina. This is a residential Aged Care role. Starting on 8th January start for 12 weeks. You will work across three sites. You will need to have your own vehicle.
You will work alongside other allied health professionals, as well as care staff, nurses and facilities management. Full time hours, Monday – Friday.
The role will vary based on your profession but might include:
- Functional assessments and reviews
- Pain Management Program
- Manual handling training
- Exercise prescription
- Equipment prescription
- Communication with care staff, families and health professionals
Locum rates upto $50 per hour + super + weekly pay. Great feedback from my other locums.
Graduates welcome and there is lots of support available. No accommodation or travel assistance.
