AddressWe are seeking a locum Radiographer to join our Radiology Team, to assist in providing patients with General Radiology and CT services. This role is based within a general practice and urgent care services south of the river. Our Medicare Urgent Care Service provides immediate treatment and care for patients who are experiencing non-life threatening injuries or illness. The locum placement will be from the 1st July 2024 to 5th July 2024 and 8th July 2024 to 10 July 2024 and the potential to work casually thereafter as we extend our radiology services to meet urgent care demands.
The successful applicant will be qualified with superior communication and interpersonal skills and the enthusiasm and ability to work autonomously as well as a team player. The successful candidate must be flexible to work a range of hours which may vary to meet the needs of the GP Practice, Urgent Care Service and patient demands.
Responsibilities:
- Experienced in General X-ray and CT
- Performing high quality medical imaging in compliance with protocols
- Ensuring workplace health and safety practices are understood and observed at all times
Requirements:
- Experience in General X-ray and CT
- Current WA Radiation Use License
- Relevant Tertiary Degree in Medical Radiation Science
- Current General AHPRA Registration
- Current working with Children's Certificate
- Passionate about providing outstanding patient care
