Form of workHays has partnered with a reputable organisation within the logistics industry who are based near Perth Airport and are seeking a Logistics Administrator. This position is responsible for all the administrative support to the Logistics Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate data entry of orders, invoices, and loading details
- Liaise with customers regarding any other changes to orders and/or delivery times
- Conversion of picking slips to invoices
- Preparation of all paperwork to accompany outbound loads
- Assisting with stock control - undertake & data enter stocktake
- Assisting with pallet monitoring and reconciliation
- Assisting the freight management team as required
Skills and experience
- Administration experience working within logistics (Manufacturing / Warehousing / Transport) preferred
- Highly organised and able to deal with multiple tasks and conflicting priorities
- Exceptional data entry accuracy with persistent high-level attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Licence essential
