Tasks & responsibilities
- Efficiently processing customer orders.
- Managing customer expectations by delivering prompt service.
- Customer & supply chain communication & negotiations via phone and email.
- Data entry and validation.
- Inventory & office supplies management.
- Cohesive production & delivery scheduling and calendar management with warehouse team.
- Quality control inspections.
- Freight solutions - liaising with freight companies to minimise cost and maximise efficiency.
- Maintain vehicle & equipment logs.
- Providing a high calibre of internal and external customer service.
- Work well with a small team.
