Role Focus:
- Be the main point of contact for carriers, warehouses, and customers
- Resolve special delivery-related challenges and ensure smooth operations
- Focus on outbound land, air, and ocean shipments and returns
- Provide insightful and accurate reporting to drive business success
- Logistics experience in a transport function
- Expert in Power BI/Tableau or similar reporting tools
- Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
- Proficient in Excel & Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving & communication skills
