Additional Information:
• These roles are Permanent Part Time, 40hrs/fortnight & 60hrs/fortnight).
• The internal job title for this role is Fulfilment Operations Co-worker.
• As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
• Shift times range from 6:00am to 7:00pm.
About this work area
As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Outbound Fulfilment Operations Co-worker:
• Picking, packing, and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
• Replenishing your assigned area to ensure it is fully stocked and available for customers.
• Using inventory systems to ensure stock availability is as accurate as possible.
• Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedure rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
Inbound Fulfilment Operations Co-worker:
• Ensure that daily operations run smoothly with a focus on order fulfillment and inventory availability.
• Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring precision of goods received, accurate replenishment of assigned area, and identifying any discrepancies to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
• Perform sales space replenishment with flexibility and in accordance with the visual merchandising guidance.
• Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse and store while safely utilising material handling equipment and tools.
• Adhering to IKEA’s safety policies, rules, and guidelines to allow for safe goods movement through the store and storage to ensure the safety of both customers and co-workers.
• Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.
