About the role:
Our Explosive Ordnance Systems team enables the Australian Defence Force through storage, distribution, maintenance and disposal of these systems, all across Australia. As a turnkey solution, we offer the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations, creating huge opportunities for growth.
Reporting directly to the Digital Transformation Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge data management and analysis systems. Your focus will be on revolutionizing digital logistics, elevating the value of Logistics Data, and ultimately enabling Thales to deliver a capability edge for the Australian Defence Force.

Initial 12 months fixed term contract
Supporting the Digital Transformation Manager in planning and executing the Digital Transformation of EO Services
Applying novel data analytics techniques and data management requirements to enable Digital Transformation of a traditional paper-based supply chain
Interpreting requirements and applying appropriate tools and techniques relating to data security in the EO supply chain
Identifying and analysing customer pain points to develop digital solutions.
Identify and foster relationships with key stakeholders required to support Digital Transformation
How About You?
Qualifications in Data Analysis or relevant industry experience
Demonstrated experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of modern data analysis tools and /or Digitisation (data management improvement) projects
Exceptional communication skills and experience in working with multiple stakeholders
Previous experience within the Defence and/or logistic industry would be highly advantageous
