Reporting to the Logistics Manager you will have responsibility for supervising all activities of the Boral concrete agitator and tipper fleet, contractor management and driver behavior to ensure achievement of safety, operational, and compliance in accordance with Boral’s values and strategic plan.
Your day will involve:
- Focus on Truck Availability and Productivity Improvements
- Engage and audit Multi fleet Owners to ensure their business has systems and processes in place to comply with Boral’s policies.
- Commissioning New Company Trucks and Agitator Replacement for Contractors in an efficient and timely manner.
- Budget expectations are met through proactive response to identified areas of ‘waste’ in the system
What we are looking for:
- Current Driver’s License (min HR)
- Experienced with computer skills.
- Cost control, business improvement OH&S and logistics relations including maintenance and industry.
Desirable Competencies include:
- Transport and logistics experience (desirable )
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and follow-up on multiple concurrent tasks
- Cert IV Trainer and Assessor (not mandatory)
