We're building a reputation as the place to be in Defence. With strong local management, sound investment and a fresh approach, we're on an exciting trajectory and building unique capability. Leveraging the kind of leading edge US capabilities and technology most can only imagine, our close-knit 800 strong team is busy delivering World-leading solutions to safeguard Australia's future. Your Role

Reporting to the Supply Operations Lead, the Logistic Support Coordinator will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations and customer engagement. In the warehouse, this dynamic role involves expertly loading and unloading delivery vehicles, ensuring both safety and accuracy. As a vital inspector of aeronautical products, you'll adeptly manage any issues with non-conforming items. A strong proficiency in any inventory management system is essential, and familiarity with MILIS would be advantageous. Your experience should include direct involvement in the management of shelf-life items, strictly adhering to industry standards for their inspection, disposal, or re-life processes. Your history should demonstrate effective customer relationship management, adeptly handling enquiries, precisely managing demand issues, and providing reliable 24-hour material support. This role requires not just technical expertise, but a demonstrated capacity to maintain operational excellence and deliver outstanding service in a logistics setting.

Furthermore, your capability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA security clearance is essential. This role is an opportunity for someone who is not just looking for a job but a chance to be a key player in a vital, fast-paced project.

What we Offer:

Whatever your role, life stage or background, you can shape your career here in your way with highly challenging work, great colleagues and career development, plus a range of flexible benefits and working patterns.

  • Professional Development - further education, leadership development, professional industry memberships and unlimited access to a range of online training
