As the Logistics Support Specialist, you will be able to multi-task and prioritise your work, be thorough, precise and have the ability to work on your own whilst also working with, and being supported by, a professional team.You will support the inward and outward stock movement whilst maintaining accuracy and integrity of the store/s inventory record, as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.You will also develop and maintain a professional relationship with third party carriers, courier companies, and freight forwarders ensuring our brands reputation and values are portrayed.Key Responsibilities:Manage stock movements and follow through with any discrepancies that ariseReceipt stock in accordance with policies and proceduresApprove all packing slips for payment once stock has been reconciledKeep accurate records for all inwards and outwards inventory movementsReport to the Warehouse Supervisor on a daily basis, with any issues relating to goods movementProcess claims where required on faulty goods, late deliveries, and short deliveriesRequirements:A current NSW forklift licence (LF)Demonstrated experience in warehousingExcellent communication skillsGreat ability to work as part of a teamStrong attention to detailPossess moderate computer skillsSelf-motivated and proactive attitudeDedicated to high quality EH&S and ethical standardsBenefitsWe are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary.A friendly, welcoming environment with great career challenges and growthA competitive salaryGreat career advancement and development opportunitiesOur commitment to youOur greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees.
