The Role
Reporting to the Long Day Care Manager, the Educational Leader will be responsible for the development, implementation and reflection of a high quality learning program based on service values and philosophy in collaboration with Educators and management.
The person in this role will mentor Educators to plan, implement, assess, and review a high quality and diverse educational program based on appropriate curriculum frameworks and with reference to the NQS.
Essential requirements
Hold an ACECQA approved qualification (Diploma of Early Childhood and Care, or higher).
Working with Vulnerable People certification.
Effective knowledge and application of the National Quality Framework.
Knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework/My Time Our Place
Knowledge of ECA Code of Ethics
Desirable
Bachelor of Education ECE
