Pets play such an important role in supporting and motivating NDIS Participants to achieve positive outcomes and improve their physical and mental well-being.
So PetCloud is looking for more people who have a love of pets and want to support Pet Ownerswith Disabilities in enjoying the positive health benefits of Pet Ownership such as social participation and inclusion or in achieving independence with daily living tasks at home.
Requirements
Our support is an integral service for our community, along with upholding a high standard of care. In this role, you will be able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills.
You will be confident and competent in pets of all temperaments and take pride in supporting clients in maintaining hygienic and safe pet-friendly homes or making connections with their community.
What you need for this role

• A current drivers license and car.

• A positive ‘can-do’ attitude, friendly, and well presented.

• Physical capacity to undertake the role.

• You will need an ABN (free to apply for one).

• Satisfactory Police Check - we can provide you with a link to have this done.

• Comfortable with cleaning and feeding animals, including handling pets of all temperaments and degree of socialisation.

• Proven experience delivering excellent customer service.

• Highly organised and able to work autonomously.

• Good smartphone or computer skills

• An ability to self-organise daily workloads.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and manage information in a discreet and respectful manner.
