The Loyalty Host will report directly to the Loyalty Host Manager, whilst assuming some ownership and responsibility for the day to day operations within the gaming room, including appearance, presentation and customer engagement.
This position requires you to effectively problem solve, pre-empt needs and work effectively and the ability to work autonomously as well as in a cohesive team. You will be focused on providing five star services to customers in a welcoming and engaging manner.

Your Key Priorities will be to:
• Aptitude for providing personalised customer service experience
• Ensuring the ambient environment of patrons is presentable, clean, comfortable and safe
• Articulate in verbal and written communication
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality on all aspects of financial, operational and patron affairs
• Strong self-regulation capability in situations of conflict
• Familiarity of self-exclusion patrons, actively monitoring player activity and ensuring all transactions are compliant, reporting any concerns or suspicious activity following the club’s procedure
• Ensure gaming machines and gaming floor compliance is maintained. Adherence to the club's code of conduct and practice Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Conduct of Gaming
• Perceptive and respectful to cultural and social diversity
• Providing prompt, efficient service to patrons and their guests, and to assist at specific event activities as required
The Candidate:
• Full availability over a seven day week
• A genuine desire to help people have a great experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Understanding of gaming
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
• Excellent grooming and self-presentation
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Hold current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) and Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gaming certification
• Manual handling abilities are a must, combined with a love of being on your feet
