A key responsibility of the role is coordination and execution of promotional EDM and SMS communication to Club membersDay to day responsibilities will include:Coordination and execution of promotional EDM & SMS communication to Club membersSupporting the development and execution of Loyalty Marketing campaigns (e.g. launch, new features, regular loyalty campaigns) across all channelsWorking with the Loyalty Marketing Manager and Merchandise team to coordinate the development of offers to support the loyalty strategy and marketing campaignsProviding administrative support to track and measure the impact and key metrics of Loyalty Marketing activities and reporting insights to the Loyalty Marketing ManagerProviding administrative and coordination support to the Loyalty Marketing Manager in the management of loyalty partnerships with external partiesEnsuring the ongoing development of your personal skills and knowledgeAbout you:You will have experience in supporting and delivering marketing campaign planning, production and execution in a fast-paced environmentExcellent stakeholder engagement, with strong communication skills and an ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersExperience in retail marketing and / or Loyalty MarketingDemonstrated administrative skills in the Microsoft Office suiteQualifications in business or marketing or demonstrated experience will be highly regardedWhy join the team at Supercheap Auto and Super Retail Group?Promote work life balance through flexible work practicesCommitment to your professional developmentGenerous Team Member Discounts across all Super Retail Group brandsOur Culture of Inclusion and DiversitySuper Retail Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
