- Strong sales and customer service experience
- To be able to work a shift roster that can include weekends, morning and evening shifts and public holidays.

- Provide outstanding customer service and sales support
- Share your expertise in Luxury Beauty and Fragrance
- Ensure visual merchandising standards align with brand values
- To achieve sales targets and KPI standards
- To be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
- To be able to work with multiple brands within the L'Oréal Group if needed
