About the Job

An exciting opportunity awaits a dedicated and passionate Store Manager. This position is based in their Sydney Flagship store. 
You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the store, coaching, mentoring and leading a strong sales team to ensure an exceptional client experiences throughout. Expanding client relationships by utilising a structured CRM database. Reporting directly into the retail manager your current sales trends, KPI's and sales projections.

About the candidate

Confident in one's communication skills and the ability to showcase your expertise in maximising profitability. Deliver exceptional customer service including managing a high profile client base. This role entails developing strategies to improve individual and team performance through building positive relationships and the ability to nurture, understand and address individual motivations.
