Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Jewellery Salesperson to join this elite team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Luxury Jewellery, a deep understanding of the luxury market, and a proven track record in high-end sales. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalised and attentive service to clients, ensuring a memorable shopping experience and fostering long-term relationships.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client consultations, product presentations, and closing techniques.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our jewellery collections, including materials, craftsmanship, and unique selling points, to effectively communicate the value and exclusivity of their pieces.
Develop and implement clienteling strategies to cultivate a loyal customer base and generate repeat business.
About You:
Proven experience in jewellery sales, preferable in the luxury sector.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a refined and professional demeanour.
Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
In-depth knowledge of jewellery and current market trends.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
