THE ROLE
Our client is seeking an experienced Client Advisor who is ready to take the next step and become an integral member of their high-performing team. They should possess a strong background in delivering personalized client services and creating cherished, exciting customer experiences. Also being able to serve as a role model and lead the sales team to success.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
- Leading by example and achieving sales targets and other KPIs with the team.
- Providing exceptional customer service and fostering client relationships.
- Support store operations and collaborating with the sales team for success.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in retail sales and client relationship management.
- Experience in luxury or premium jewellery brands highly desired.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work within a 7-day roster including weekends.
