The client is one of the largest mining companies in the country with sites across Australia, as well as globally. They are looking for an LV mechanic with previous FIFO experience and ideally a background in the mining industry so you realise the health and safety constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Planned and unplanned maintenance
- Reporting the extent & repair status
- Collaborate with other teams
- Dealing with suppliers to source parts
- Previous experience in an Auto Technician role (5+ years)
- Previous FIFO experience (ideally mining)
- Experience sourcing parts from suppliers and other sources when needed
