An exciting opportunity has opened up within our growing Professional Services practice for a passionate and motivated M365 Modern Work Consultant.
In this role you will be responsible for analysing requirements, producing solution designs, implementation and troubleshooting M365 Modern Work solutions.

In this role you will:
- Plan, Design & Deliver Modern Work Solutions, specifically:
- Identity Solutions – Entra ID, Entra Identity Protection, Hybrid Identity;
- Endpoint Solutions – Windows Client Deployment, Device & App Management (Intune & MECM/SCCM);
- Messaging Solutions – Exchange Online & Exchange Hybrid;
- Microsoft Teams Administration and Operations – including Teams Calling & Meeting Rooms;
- Security Solutions – Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Identity, & Cloud Apps; and
- Assess security and gaps in current state and define Governance baselines.
- Document proposed and implemented solutions;
- Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, applying a customer focussed approach; and
- Provide sales and/or presales assistance.
About You:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a customer facing, technical engineering &/or consulting role;
- Proven experience delivering M365 Modern Work Solutions;
- Experience in conducting client workshops with all levels of stakeholders;
- The ability to work autonomously or in small teams to complete client outcomes;
- Excellent documentation skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Highly desirable skills:
- Copilot for M365 – plan, design and deploy, including integration with third party data sources and AI solutions; and
- Microsoft Azure Infrastructure skills, including networking and security architectures.
Qualifications & Clearances
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in an IT related discipline is desirable;
- Hold or be willing to obtain current M365 Modern Work certifications; and
- Ideally, hold a Current Australian Department of Defence security clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance.
