Form of workMaster Benchtops is a 30-year-old company that specializes in the manufacturing of kitchens and benchtops. We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating a CNC machine to produce high-quality products.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the woodwork industry and be willing to learn new skills.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a CNC machine to cut materials to the required specifications.
- Ensure the machinery is operating at optimal levels and report any malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in the woodwork industry.
- Experience with Homag CNC is preferred.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
