Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Machine Operator / Factory Hand at our Tullamarine factory.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role, ensuring the overall success of our growing business.

Key Responsibilities, Skills & Qualifications:

• Cutting, sawing, grinding, deburring, pressure testing, and other general tasks
• Machine operation - mandrel tube bending
• Mathematically adept for precision tasks
• Very strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Perform quality checks & ensure work is of a high standard
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize & meet daily targets
• Identify opportunities for improvement & ways to enhance efficiency 
• Focus on adherence to safety protocols & procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic & cooperative attitude

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy components (up to 30kg)
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Comfortable operating factory equipment
