We are an end-to-end supply chain, spanning from livestock production through to branded-retail ready products, some of which you may have seen on your supermarket shelves.
Your Role and Responsibilities
The Machine Operator is responsible for actively participating in the daily production of orders and operating machinery such as sealers, labelers, formers, fillers, scales, conveyors and perform other routine tasks involved in the manufacturing process such as packing, boxing finished products, sleeving and daily order counts.
Technical and Professional Experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and good work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a cold environment (around 4 degrees).
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong awareness and commitment to upholding safety standards.
- Solid communication skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Food manufacturing/production background highly regarded but not essential.
