Machine Operators / Food Production Processors

Machine Operators 

• Day & Afternoon shifts available
• Location: Rowville
• Flexibility required to work weekends if required
• Attractive hourly rate dependent on skills and experience
• Permanent and Casual Positions 

Keen to be trained or with experience in Machine Operating needed within FMCG industry.

• Able to operate horizontal Fuji Flow Wrappers/ Extruders/ process automation.
• Experience with setting and operating extruders,  flow wrappers, propac machine, robotic inner packers, cartoners, robotic inner packers and shipper packers, case packers,  bagging machines.
• Experience or knowledge of extrusion process and/or snacks coating
• Set / operate  and troubleshoot food machinery and identify appropriate quality adjustments to machines as required.
• Production /Manufacturing experience preferred
• A good understanding of GMP, HACCP and OH&S principles
• Mechanical aptitude and a passion for working with robotics machines.
• Ability to use an automatic pallet jack. Reach forklift licence - desirable.

Food Production Processors:

Anyone with experience and/or ability to learn fast in the following please apply:

• Work in a Food Production environment that has Process Automation
• Set up and prepare dry ingredients / fruit/ syrups for specified production runs.
• Mix and blend ingredients and monitor production runs.
• Assist with changeovers on products.
• Identify appropriate adjustments to machines
• Troubleshoot production issues as required

All positions need people who are self motivated, have initiative, fast learners and a can do attitude.  You must be able to comprehend and interpret measurements and instructions. A mechanical aptitude is also needed so that you can set, adjust and calibrate machines / equipment.

Must also be willing to learn and take direction well.
