What you'll do

The Macro Space Planner brings the BIG W strategy to life by developing floor plans for our network to best maximise our customer experience whilst focusing on continual optimisation to deliver incremental sales and profitability. The Macro Space planner will play a key role in the business as we endeavour to accelerate our Customer Space Upgrade and renewal program with the introduction of new tools and capability.

• Develop optimised, customer centric, commercially and operationally efficiency floor plans and overviews via Blue Yonder, for all CSU, new store, renewals and within the range review schedule
• Work closely with key stakeholders - Micro Space, Format Development and Commercial Teams to ensure the best space outcomes are achieved for the business
• Actively co create business plans that optimise return on space by delivering and interpreting complex data into simply digestible and endorsable formats
• Continually evolve Floorplan flows ensuring a level of advocacy across the business
• Running and analysing data from Macro space tech capabilities and translating into tangible business outcomes through floorplans

What you'll bring

• Extensive experience in Macro Space business & Blue Yonder capabilities
• Experience in retail/ FMCG preferred
• Business Transformation experience is preferred
• Strong problem solving, analytical and written communication skills
• Strong prioritisation skills and ability to draw insights from data
