Our client, a global tech firm, are looking for a highly driven and energetic candidate to assist in the mail/printing room. For an initial start of 6 months, this is an ideal opportunity for an immediately available candidate to add to their business support career – through one of the world’s most highly regarded brands. The Responsibility
Working within the company’s mailroom, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating all shipping services, including inbound package management and outbound bookings;
- Completing booking forms and commercial invoices for international shipments;
- Booking couriers and monitoring the progress from beginning to end;
- Communicating delivery updates to the relevant parties;
- Managing relationships with all shipping/logistics partners;
- Managing ticketing handling and responding/actioning to requests
Please consider applying for this position if you possess experience within mailroom services, and exposure to a corporate environment. You will enjoy working in a team orientated atmosphere and be able to communicate effectively with both internal staff and external vendors. Experience with Google Suite and Slack is preffered Finally, you will have a demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage set tasks, including meeting deadlines and daily expectations of service.
