DUTIES:
To maintain a high standard of all food preparation, service and hygiene in their respective Kitchens, according to the standards required by the management.
REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIREMENTS:

• A Graduate of culinary with an experience of working in an International Hotel
• At least 5 years of working experience for a five-star hotel or equivalent
• Extensive knowledge in Butchery and Cold Kitchen
• Knowledgeable with good practice of Hygiene and Sanitation.
• Flexible and adaptable to different working locations.
• Displays initiative and creativity.
• Supervisory skills is an advantage.
• Guest-oriented, team player and has an eye for details.
