DUTIES:
To maintain a high standard of all food preparation, service and hygiene in their respective Kitchens, according to the standards required by the management.

- A Graduate of culinary with an experience of working in an International Hotel
- At least 5 years of working experience for a five-star hotel or equivalent
- Extensive knowledge in Butchery and Cold Kitchen
- Knowledgeable with good practice of Hygiene and Sanitation.
- Flexible and adaptable to different working locations.
- Displays initiative and creativity.
- Supervisory skills is an advantage.
- Guest-oriented, team player and has an eye for details.
