Role Overview Conduct regular maintenance, including both corrective and preventative measures, to preserve the quality and safety standards of Kalyra's buildings, equipment, and Grounds. Uphold a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The Maintenance Officer is also expected to manage the maintenance of grounds and gardens to enhance the overall comfort and security.
