Role Purpose:
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and performing preventative and emergency maintenance to ensure all machinery, plant equipment, and infrastructure operate at optimal capacity. This leadership role involves working closely with other leaders to foster a culture of safety, quality, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance of all machinery and infrastructure on-site.
- Ensure efficient plant operations and minimize downtime.
- Prioritize workloads, focusing on urgent or high-risk tasks.
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Maintain documentation of maintenance activities.
- Liaise with external contractors and the Production Manager.
- Oversee pest management at the Red Hills site.
- Uphold and contribute to the company's safety culture.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant technical qualifications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Compliance with safety standards.
- Positive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in a food production environment.
- Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety regulations.
- Forklift license.
