About the RoleThe JBS Beef City Plant is currently recruiting an experienced
Maintenance Electrician to join our busy Maintenance Team. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with optional overtime available on Saturday. Our conditions of employment are one of the best in the industry!
Your key responsibilities will include:- Ensuring maximum equipment uptime is achieved by providing effective and efficient mechanical preventative and breakdown maintenance
- Ensuring that all work is carried out to the Company and requirements and conforms to all relevant regulations
- Utilising fault-finding to troubleshoot and rectify problems
A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available to eligible applicants. *Conditions apply.
Remuneration$38.69 per hour$40.89 per hour (after successful completion of the probationary period)Weekly rates of PayFirst 6 months: $1,578 (wages including tool allowance) + Superannuation + full-time entitlementsAfter 6 months: $1,666 (wages including tool allowance) + Superannuation + full-time entitlements(Beef City Maintenance Enterprise Agreement 2023)Day shift and afternoon shift options available.
