Duties include:
- Assist with maintenance and continuous improvement of the equipment.
- Ensure equipment is operating at high efficiency during peak season, and manage breakdowns.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Install and apply continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills/Qualifications and Experience Required for the Role
- Electrical AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3).
- Up to date in knowledge of contemporary electrical wiring regulations and standards.
- Experience working in a high output multi skilled maintenance team in a dynamic operational environment. Experience in horticulture industry/protected cropping or irrigation systems is highly regarded.
- A working knowledge of PLC controlled machinery/equipment with the ability to assist with basic programming or the capacity to develop that knowledge.
- Strong fault finding/problem solving ability.
- Strong work ethic and personal accountability with the ability to be self-directing for daily work.
- Experience with maintenance management systems.
- Sound IT skills.
- Ability to work positively within the maintenance team and work in collaboration with other teams.
- Commitment to WHS, Food Safety and quality systems.
- Willingness to be flexible with work hours, work on weekends and be on call for break downs
Salary: $65,000-$75,000 p.a. plus super

Our tomatoes are grown 365 days per year in one of Australia’s largest and most advanced glasshouse facilities, located at Guyra, in the beautiful New England Tablelands region of NSW.
To accommodate our continued business growth, a $67 million expansion project has been completed, increasing our production area by 33% and creating an additional 150 jobs onsite. This expansion project brings our onsite operation to 40ha of glasshouse, 2.5ha propagation nursery, 2 large packing facilities and over 800 staff.
