About the Role
WorkPac is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Execution Officer position. The Maintenance Execution Officer is a key support role to our clients Mobile Equipment Maintenance (MEM) department. In this role you will work closely with planners, schedulers, engineers, supervisors, coordinators and the teams in the field. You'll work 8 days on, 6 days off (DS), then 7 days on, 7 days off (NS) with a 12.5-hour workday, FIFO from Perth to West Angelas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor the adherence to schedule compliance and assist where necessary to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
Provide coaching to the maintainers on work management practices.
Support to the Mobile Maintenance Coordinators and Supervisors as required.
Ensure compliance to work management practices.
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics.
Complete daily and weekly handovers.
Collect evidence for warranty claims and assist in the process as required.
Engaging with key stakeholders.
Skills & Experience Required:
Australian C Class Driver's Licence.
Previous experience in or around a workshop environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
Extensive computer and tablet experience.
Proficiency in SAP
