Overall, the key areas of responsibility include (but are not limited to):
- Execute maintenance and operational duties across a diverse range of machinery.
- Address equipment breakdowns promptly.
- Enforce preventive maintenance protocols for all machinery and equipment.
- Inspect and maintain guards and safety devices to ensure optimal functionality.
- Undertake assigned project and developmental tasks.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of machinery upgrades, retrofits, and system enhancements.
- Recognise opportunities for ongoing improvements.
To be considered for this role you will have/ be:
- A Mechanical Fitter qualification.
- A background in manufacturing, from an FMCG background.
- Ability to fault-find and diagnose equipment.
