Design Group are keen to appoint a qualified Maintenance Fitter to join our growing team in WA.
About the role:
Key responsibilities include preventative maintenance, breakdown attendance including technical troubleshooting, and supporting exciting engineering projects such as commissioning new machinery.
About you:
Our successful candidate will have a strong problem solving skillset and be adaptable in new situations. Additional training and development to improve in this role and the business will be encouraged and supported.
Maintenance experience in a high volume Sheetmetal manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.
You will be trade qualified, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and have good working knowledge of safe work practices.
Your natural ability to identify and act on opportunities for improvement will compliment your pro-active and positive attitude.
Due to the physical nature of the role, a pre-employment medical and functional assessment may be required.
