Role:

• Conducting preventative maintenance.
• Responding promptly to equipment breakdowns.
• Performing general repairs.
• Identifying and resolving faults efficiently.
• Assisting in production line start-ups.
• Engaging in project work to enhance operations.

Key Requirements:

• MUST HAVE Proven 4 years of experience as a Maintenance Fitter within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry, with a focus on meat products.
• A proactive attitude with a 'can-do' mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full work rights.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasionally on weekends.
• Capability to troubleshoot and collaborate effectively in both team and unsupervised settings.
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing employment with a prominent multinational company. You will start as a Labor hire employee with a Monday to Friday schedule, including Saturday work as needed.
