AddressProgrammed Skilled Workforce is a leading provider of managed workforce and training services.
Programmed are currently seeking a variety of Maintenance Fitters/Mechanical Fitters for our top tier clients around Melbourne (South East/North West) and Regional VIC.
We currently have a variety of full time opportunities with our clients in large FMCG facilities, manufacturing and production plants. Day, Afternoon and Night Shift available.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Preventative maintenance of machines on site
- Repairing and fault finding on machines
- Fault analysis of industrial machines
- Improve machine efficiency
- Completion of daily line set-ups according to schedule and standard set-up procedures.
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- General maintenance, repairing and fabrication as required
Candidate's profile:

- Trade Qualifications (in engineering/mechanical relevant to role)
- Current Forklift Licence and/or Elevated Work Platform Licence desirable
- Mechanical aptitude
- Proven Maintenance experience
- Proven experience in fault finding
- Good understand and compliance of OHS in the workplace
- Ability to use power and hand tools
- Have an eye for continuous improvement.
- Willing to work overtime if required to complete a task
