The Honeymoon project is located in South Australia, is fully licensed for exports of up to 3.3mlb and is run by a strong management team which has leveraged off industry experts.
About the Role
We're in search of a seasoned Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team of technicians and manage mechanical maintenance operations at our Honeymoon uranium mine.
The role will be FIFO from Adelaide charter terminal direct to the Honeymoon mine site on an 8:6 roster.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the mechanical maintenance activities at our Honeymoon uranium mine.
- Guarantee the dependable and safe functioning of all mechanical machinery, reducing downtime and maximizing equipment accessibility.
- Develop and implement a maintenance plan, including preventative and corrective maintenance activities, to ensure the reliability of equipment and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to synchronize maintenance operations for enhanced production efficiency and minimal disruptions.
- Lead a team of mechanical maintenance technicians, offering guidance, training, and coaching as required.
About You
You will have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- Australian Mechanical Trade Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably within the mining industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Sound understanding of mechanical equipment and maintenance processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse and troubleshoot complex issues

Eligibility
- Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
