About The Role: You will build a strong and collaborative relationship with all stakeholders in the business, including guests, Team Members and Body Corporate Responsible for implementing Cost control measures and administration duties  Regularly inspect all work areas to ensure they are organised and well maintained Coordinate monthly stock takes to record and manage all stock and ensure sufficient stock is available Purchase equipment and select contractors which meet quality standards and comply with budget guidelines Manage a small team of maintenance staff Coordinate and Supervise external contractors when required The successful…
