We are looking to engage a local person in the role ofMaintenance Planner.
Working 5 days on 2 days off and 4 days on 3 days off, preference will be given to being locally based in the Kalbarri and Geraldton.
If you are Perth based and wanting a change of scenery, we would look to employ the right candidate for a Permanent LONG TERM contract, FIFO from Perth for 3-6 months, must be willing to relocate to Kalbarri thereafter.

Key responsibilities include:
- Management of maintenance planning system, including preventative maintenance strategies and maintenance shutdowns;
- Governance of time conformation process and utilising data to provide more accurate planning;
- Areas of responsibility include fixed plant, NPI and mobile plant (including mining fleet);
- Management of warehouse, including stock handling and inventory management;
- Management of site critical spares accessibility including inventory and availability;
- Ensure requirements of Work Health and Sfaty Act and Regulations are met;
- Lead and encourage:
- Safe methods of work;
- Respectful dealings with all personnel;
- Innovation with work processes, equipment and procedures;
- Strong communication links with all staff;
- Prioritise care for people working on Australian Garnet sites;
- Act with integrity in all dealings.
- Assist managing maintenance costs to be within budgeted aims;
- Assign and allocate resources appropriately;
- Communicate the company vision, values and mission with the crews;
- Monthly reporting and analysis of cost, production and KPI data providing recommendations for cost improvements; and
- Proactively seek feedback on self; recognise own capabilities and take initiative to continually improve.
