About the Company:
Our client provide a range of services including building maintenance, construction and refurbishments.
About the Role:
Reporting into the Admin Manager, you will be responsible for allocating and coordinating technicians and contractors.
As the business receives a high volume of work daily, the full function of the role will be split between a team of 4 and each administrator will be responsible for different tasks to ensure smooth running of processes.
The main responsibilities that will be spilt across the team will include:
  • Opening and closing jobs in the Simpro system
  • Allocating and scheduling technicians to jobs
  • Liaising with the client, technicians, suppliers, and tenants regarding job status and details
  • Preparing, supplying and processing invoices
  • Producing WIP reports
  • Working closely with other employees of the company
About you:
  • Previous experience in similar role within a fast paced/high-volume environment
  • Construction knowledge advantageous
  • Experience with Simpro is beneficial
  • Strong multitasking skills & attention to detail is required
  • Be a team player
  • Confident, outgoing personality
The ideal candidate is someone who has worked in a similar role such as: Scheduling Administrator, logistics coordinator, operations administration, maintenance administrator, procurement officer, etc.
